FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Because soft and hard waxes have different properties, we have designed warmers specially made for either soft or hard wax. Choose a soft or hard wax warmer based on your preferred wax type and waxing style.
Our professional warmers are explicitly designed for use with BeauTome waxes. To get the very best performance from our wax formulas, we highly recommend only using BeauTome wax warmers.
BeauTome soft and hard wax formulas are made for use with professional wax warmers. Due to the different wattages, never heat up hard wax in a microwave as this can cause severe burns. BeauTome soft wax cans are made of metal and should only be used with BeauTome soft wax warmers to avoid a fire or injury.
Yes! BeauTome professional waxing kits come equipped with everything you need to begin waxing like a pro! Whether you use soft or hard wax, we have a wax warmer kit you will absolutely love!

All of our warmers will maintain your wax at the optimal temperature for the entirety of your waxing session. We strongly recommend unplugging your warmer at the end of every workday and when not in use.
The amount of time it takes to heat your wax depends on the specific warmer and wax you are using.
For our wax warmer, we recommend waiting approximately 20-30 minutes using the highest temperature setting. Once the wax has stabilized and reached a full liquid form, lower the temperature to a low mid-level setting and allow for the wax to cool off. Proceed to wait an additional 15-20 minutes until the wax has reached a honey-like texture.
As our wax pot is with a non-stick layer, so it is simple and easy to remove the wax in the wax pot!
If you need help deciding which warmer best fits your goals, don’t hesitate to reach out: bd@beautome.com. One of our experts will be happy to help you find the perfect warmer for you.
If your wax is not setting, it may have been applied too thickly, or the product’s temperature was too hot. Your room’s temperature is also important. For optimal results, keep your room temperature around 70°F -72°F when using your BeauTome wax warmer.
No matter the outside temperature of your room or warmer, always make sure that your wax maintains a honey-like consistency before use. Guide yourself by the way your wax moves around using a spatula. The precise setting temperature of your wax varies with the size of your wax pot, and the type and amount of wax warming in your warmer.
